Using technology to engage with our clients

An integral part of managing client assets is meeting with our clients at least annually to review their current financial situation and adjust expectations and assumptions for their portfolio. With clients in 22 states, and many traveling during retirement we are always looking for new ways to connect and engage in a convenient manner. Services such as Skype, and Facetime allow us to interact and share our computer screens making a virtual meeting possible anywhere that an internet connection exists. This technology allows us to review performance, holdings, risk analysis and any planning reports with you by sharing our computer screen.

In addition to reviewing your information with us, you always have access to our client portal on the website. On the portal, you can view your current allocation, holdings and performance figures. This is in addition to the information available on the TD Ameritrade institutional website, If it has been a while since your last log in or meeting with us, please give us a call. We would love the opportunity to assist you with accessing your information in a manner that is convenient for you. Of course, security of your financial information is of utmost importance and it is recommended that you use a secure internet connection when viewing your information.
